Very tasty pizza
!!! Read my review before you order !!! We ordered through Lieferando, where there is the option of ticking each pizza you order so that it will be delivered as a “pan pizza”. We didn't check this box because we know that they are very oily .. Delivery time: 45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes we called with the information "Pizza is on the way" She arrived 60 minutes after that phone call. Yes, she was apparently really already on the way because she was freezing cold. Then we saw that a pan-fried pizza was delivered to us .. later it turned out that this always happens automatically (apparently easier to prepare) The employee on the phone didn't understand me at all, and neither did I. In addition, the number is wrong at Googlemybusiness. Too long delivery time, unsavory and wrong delivery! Never again!
Eat good. Service tried hard. Parking very bad. Underground parking is not possible without putting on the car

I had to wait almost 90 minutes for my meal. The employee was completely overwhelmed with the many orders. Even so, he made every effort to prepare every pizza with love. The taste was outstanding.
I am very disappointed. I ordered by phone 1 hour in advance. When I got there, nobody knew anything about it. And when I wanted to order again the statement came that he had no more chezzy crust there. All of this seems extremely unprofessional to me!
I subtract stars for the following points: - No availability: the phone number given on Google does not work. An order can therefore only be placed via Lieferando or directly on site. -no German-speaking staff: difficult if the order is not understood. This meant that we could not order a pizza at all (despite being there!) - The prices shown on the website do not match those that are collected in the shop. Although we mentioned this, no one could explain this grievance to us or was willing to meet us (again, the language barrier again). -The pizzas were only sparsely occupied. Which I find unheard of for these prices. Due to this inconvenience, I doubt we will order there again.
I was there today at around 6:00 p.m. with my son, who is celebrating his 18th birthday today. Actually, we all wanted to go to a restaurant to eat pizza, but Corona ... So he asked for vouchers from Groupon where the second cheaper pizza is free. At home everyone has been waiting for delicious pizza! So, as indicated, show the Groupon vouchers before ordering. The oldest of all employees present looked at the Groupon voucher and just said: "What is that?" After a brief explanation on my part, he said that this is not possible because the cash register crashed at 1:00 p.m. I persisted and said that there had to be a way I could order the 4 pizzas now. Now it was suddenly said that it doesn't work there at all. I countered that in the last 2 years I had bought pizza there with these vouchers at least 4 times. The employee wanted to underpin his argument by saying that the voucher read "in the restaurant", but directly behind it was "and to take away". The last thing the employee said to me was that I should come back tomorrow. What a cheek, as I told him at the beginning that there were guests at home who were hungry and were waiting for us to come home with 4 pizzas. It is always very annoying when employees want to cover up their own ignorance by simply saying that it doesn't exist or it doesn't work because they just don't know how to do it! I have been experiencing this over and over again for years in our ARAL petrol station, where every new employee claims that Payback Pay is not possible at this petrol station, but I've been paying this way there for years. But it sounds better when I say "It doesn't work" than when I say "I'm sorry, I don't know how it works". In any case, we are very angry about this incident, especially my son, on his special birthday of all places. I will also complain directly to Pizza Hut in this regard, as they should know what "service" their franchisees offer under the name Pizza Hut!
Finding the entrance first was nice and special. I don't know why it can take so long for two pizzas. There was nothing going on. When I ordered there was currently no other order. Taste absent
Bought a coupon from Groupon 2 for 1. Even after discussion, they supposedly do not have a scanner for the QR code. That was definitely the last time I ate at Pizza Hut. Really a cheek !!!!!

Now for the third time: pizza ordered, SMS received with delivery time (89 minutes this time), pizza still not there after 129 minutes. When I called, I was told that the pizza was ready, that the driver was still on the road and then would deliver the pizza - in about 20 to 30 minutes! The excuse: we usually have a lot of drivers, but only one today. We ordered three times, on different days of the week, at different times - we had this problem every time. I then canceled the order. If you can't get a delivery service right (or don't want to organize it properly) then you shouldn't offer it. Never again.
Despite multiple questions, pizza still got it wrong!
Ordered 4 medium pizzas through Lieferando. According to the Pizza Hut website, the medium pizzas are over 30 cm tall. We received 4 small pizzas measuring 20 cm. After a call, the blast comes. Restaurant manager says "I have no other size" So sell medium pizza, collect the money and deliver small pizza! Total outrageous and rip-off! I will definitely report it to the Pizza Hut headquarters !!!
Delivery was delayed one hour and cold. Of course I was not called or tried to reach someone else ? Also nobody answered the phone when I tried to call!
Friendly staff ... it is clean .... tastes ? .... parking lot is bad because of construction site ... otherwise worth a visit ....
Delivery after about 1 1/2 hours. Eat cold. They sell 0.33 l Pepsi and deliver 0.5 l. But justified at the price. Pizza totally changed in taste. Not as good as before ? live track is absolutely wrong. I also think it is an absurdity that there is no telephone number. whether we order again? Rather not ... unfortunately
Very unfriendly staff very dirty you can actually give 0 stars! I get a cold pizza and he didn't even want to freshen me up unless I would buy a whole one, unfortunately I got a cold pizza. I will never eat a pizza here again! They are warmed up 10-20 times a day for every customer, so it tastes like this.
